Legal Entity & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lulu mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) legally owned, operated, and provided to you by Kroxiva Technologies, a registered sole proprietorship exclusively owned and represented by Rakesh Kumar (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our”), having its registered office at 1, Vill Kasrak, Block Khudaganj, Dist Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, 242301.

For all legal, regulatory, and payment-processing purposes, any transactions or engagements on the Platform are executed directly with Kroxiva Technologies. When you create an account on our Platform or use any of our Services, you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this Platform. Our Services and these Terms are in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable laws in the Republic of India.

Who May Use Our Services

Our Platform helps you connect and communicate with other people. To use our Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

You must be at least 18 years old. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18+ years of age.
You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian laws.
You will use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We may ask for date of birth/identity verification (including government ID). If you do not provide it when requested, we may restrict or terminate your account.

Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number and any OTP or login session. You agree to notify us immediately at help@gogodatings.com if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

How To Use Our Services

To use our Services, you must register by completing the account creation process, which includes providing your mobile phone number, verifying it through a One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS, and confirming your age. You agree to provide authentic and accurate information. You shall not impersonate any person or use another person’s contact details.

General Notes on Cancellation, Payments & Auto-Renewal

The user may access the application by subscribing to a discounted Trial Pack (price and duration as displayed at checkout, e.g. currently ₹1 for a limited trial period). By subscribing to the Trial Pack, the user is automatically enrolled in the applicable Premium subscription plan and agrees that the full premium subscription fee will be charged automatically unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial period expires.

Payment Methods: Depending on your device and region, subscription payments may be processed via Razorpay, PhonePe, Cashfree (including UPI Autopay), or Google Play’s Billing System, as made available to you at checkout.
Where UPI Autopay is used, it allows your subscription to renew automatically before it expires, ensuring uninterrupted continuation of your service. The renewal happens up to 96 hours prior to the plan expiry date.
If your subscription payment fails for any reason, we may continue to retry charging the payment to your account for up to 20 days after the subscription expiry date, after which your subscription will be marked cancelled.
You have the flexibility to unsubscribe your active subscription at any time from your account settings (or via Google Play Subscriptions, if purchased through Google Play).
Any payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable. You will continue to receive premium benefits until the end of the paid billing cycle.
You can raise a refund request by writing to us at help@gogodatings.com, with your reason. Kroxiva Technologies reserves the right to not provide a refund if we determine the reason is invalid. Purchases made via Google Play are additionally subject to Google Play’s own refund policy.

Purpose of the Platform & Guidelines

Lulu provides a digital space for adults to discover and communicate with other adults. We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, or relationship outcomes. You are solely responsible for your interactions, including offline meetings. You agree to use the Platform responsibly. You must not:

Harass, threaten, stalk, abuse, or use hate speech or discriminatory content based on caste, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
Impersonate another person, create fake profiles, or use the Platform in a deceptive manner.
Share content that is obscene, pornographic, harmful to minors, unlawful, violent, or otherwise prohibited under the laws of India.
Use the Platform for prostitution, escort services, trafficking, spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation.
Attempt to interfere with the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the Platform, including our random-connect / live-chat feature.

AI-Assisted Interactions

Certain profiles and replies on the Platform – particularly admin-managed or Discover-feed profiles – may be generated or assisted by Artificial Intelligence rather than a real person responding in real time. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that some of your interactions may involve AI-assisted responses, and that Lulu does not guarantee every profile you interact with is operated exclusively by a human at all times.

The Random Live feature may occasionally show a pre-recorded, simulated video clip instead of a live connection with another real user, styled to resemble a real video call. This is disclosed within the app and is used solely to enhance the matching experience.

Purpose of the Platform & Guidelines

Harass, threaten, stalk, abuse, or use hate speech or discriminatory content based on caste, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
Impersonate another person, create fake profiles, or use the Platform in a deceptive manner.
Share content that is obscene, pornographic, harmful to minors, unlawful, violent, or otherwise prohibited under the laws of India.
Use the Platform for prostitution, escort services, trafficking, spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation.
Attempt to interfere with the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the Platform, including our random-connect / live-chat feature.
(NEW) Use bots, scrapers, automated scripts, or any unauthorized tool to access, extract data from, or interact with the Platform.
(NEW) Collect, harvest, or process other users’ personal information without their consent.
(NEW) Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security, authentication, or access-control mechanism of the Platform.

AI-Assisted Interactions

Certain profiles and replies on the Platform — particularly admin-managed or Discover-feed profiles — may be generated or assisted by Artificial Intelligence rather than a real person responding in real time. AI-generated responses are produced using machine learning models and may occasionally be inaccurate, repetitive, or contextually imperfect; we continuously work to improve their quality. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that some of your interactions may involve AI-assisted responses, and that Lulu does not guarantee every profile you interact with is operated exclusively by a human at all times.

No Minor Content

This app is strictly for individuals who are 18 or older. Any upload, sharing, storage, or transmission of images, videos, or messages involving a person under 18 in a sexual, exploitative, or inappropriate manner is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account termination and reporting to competent authorities.

User Content, License, and Liability

You retain ownership of the content you upload, post, or share on the Platform. When you share content, you grant Kroxiva Technologies permission to use, store, and process that content to provide and improve the Services. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for content shared by users. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to comply with the law, enforce these Terms, or protect users.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform — including its software, design, logos, trademarks, graphics, and features (excluding User Content) — are owned by Kroxiva Technologies or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

User Content, License, and Liability

You retain ownership of the content you upload, post, or share on the Platform. When you share content, you grant Kroxiva Technologies permission to use, store, and process that content to provide and improve the Services, including using anonymized or aggregated data to improve our AI and matching systems. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for content shared by users. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to comply with the law, enforce these Terms, or protect users.

Communications & Notifications

By using the Platform, you expressly consent to receive communications from us through channels including SMS, Email, and Push notifications. These may include security alerts (OTPs), service updates, and promotional offers. You can opt out of promotional communications at any time via settings or by contacting help@gogodatings.com.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kroxiva Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, emotional distress, or user misconduct. (NEW) To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kroxiva Technologies, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How We Will Handle Disputes

In all cases, you agree that disputes will be subject to the laws of the Republic of India, and the courts of Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, features, or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Grievance Officer & Contact Us

We have a Grievance Officer to address your concerns regarding data safety, privacy, and Platform usage. We will resolve the issues raised within a reasonable time in accordance with applicable law.
