Safety & Child Protection Policy

1. Our Commitment

Lulu is operated by Kroxiva Technologies and is an adults-only (18+) platform. We maintain a strict, zero-tolerance policy toward any content, behavior, or user that endangers the safety of minors, including any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) material or activity. This policy applies to every user, profile, chat, call, and piece of content on the Platform.

2. Our Safety Standards

  • Age Restriction: Access is limited to users who are 18 years of age or older. Any account found or suspected to belong to a minor is terminated immediately upon discovery.
  • Automated & Human Moderation: We use a combination of automated detection systems and human review to scan uploaded photos, videos, and messages for CSAE material, grooming behavior, and other prohibited content.
  • Immediate Enforcement: Confirmed violations result in instant content removal and a permanent ban of the associated account, device, and IP address.
  • Law Enforcement Cooperation: Serious violations are reported to appropriate law enforcement and cybercrime authorities under Indian law.
  • In-App Reporting: Every profile, chat, and call includes a built-in Report and Block function so users can flag unsafe behavior directly within the app.

3. Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following are absolutely prohibited on Lulu, with no exceptions:

  • Uploading, sharing, hosting, storing, requesting, or distributing any media depicting Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE/CSAM), in any form — real, fictional, drawn, AI-generated, or digitally altered.
  • Soliciting, grooming, or engaging minors in any sexual, exploitative, or inappropriate conversation.
  • Any interaction between an adult and a minor of a sexual, exploitative, or predatory nature.
  • Creating, sharing, or requesting sexualized depictions of minors, regardless of whether the imagery is real or computer/AI-generated.
  • Using the Platform to facilitate trafficking, exploitation, or the coordination of abuse involving minors.

4. Enforcement & Incident Response

When a violation of this policy is identified, we will:

  1. Immediately remove the offending content from our systems.
  2. Suspend or permanently terminate the associated account(s), without prior notice, and block the associated device and IP address from creating new accounts.
  3. Preserve relevant evidence (such as messages, account activity, and connection metadata) to support law enforcement investigations.
  4. Report the matter to the appropriate law enforcement, cybercrime, and child-safety authorities, where required or appropriate under applicable law.

This policy is maintained in compliance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards and CSAE policy requirements, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), and other applicable child-protection laws. We continually review and strengthen our detection systems, moderation processes, and reporting mechanisms to protect all users, particularly minors, from harm.
