The Platform is owned and operated by <strong>Kroxiva Technologies<\/strong>, a sole proprietorship owned by <strong>Rakesh Kumar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payments including UPI, Netbanking, Credit\/Debit Cards, and Wallets are processed through <strong>Razorpay, PhonePe, Cashfree<\/strong>, and other payment aggregators in compliance with Reserve Bank of India guidelines, or through <strong>Google Play&#8217;s Billing System<\/strong> where applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Premium Subscription Plans &amp; Pricing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lulu offers premium subscription tiers with enhanced features and an ad-free experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Trial Packs:<\/strong>&nbsp;Promotional trial offers (price and duration as displayed at checkout, e.g. a discounted 1-day trial) auto-convert to standard billing unless cancelled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Billing Cycles:<\/strong>&nbsp;Monthly and other durations as offered in-app; exact plans shown at checkout<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dynamic Pricing:<\/strong>&nbsp;Prices vary by location, promotions, and taxes (GST); final price shown at checkout<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Premium benefits expire instantly upon subscription expiry or payment failure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recurring Billing &amp; UPI AutoPay (E-Mandates)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lulu uses recurring billing systems including UPI AutoPay and card e-mandates, where selected as the payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Consent:<\/strong>&nbsp;Subscription authorization permits automatic renewal charges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>UPI AutoPay:<\/strong>&nbsp;Automatic renewal requests per NPCI guidelines; pre-debit notifications may be sent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Renewal Window:<\/strong>&nbsp;Renewal attempts may begin up to 96 hours before expiration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Payment Retries:<\/strong>&nbsp;Failed transactions may be retried for up to 20 days post-expiry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Platform-Specific Subscription Rules<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>App Store Purchases:<\/strong>&nbsp;Google Play Store and Apple App Store purchases follow respective store policies; manage cancellations through device settings (Play Store \u2192 Subscriptions, or App Store \u2192 Subscriptions)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Direct Payments:<\/strong>&nbsp;Direct Razorpay\/PhonePe\/Cashfree payments managed through Lulu app settings or the respective gateway&#8217;s customer portal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Procedure:<\/strong>&nbsp;Cancel via App Settings &gt; Manage Subscription, through UPI AutoPay mandate revocation, or via Google Play Subscriptions if purchased through Google Play<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Effect:<\/strong>&nbsp;Cancellation stops future charges but retains premium access through the current billing cycle&#8217;s end<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>App Deletion:<\/strong>&nbsp;Uninstalling Lulu does not automatically cancel billing mandates; explicit cancellation required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strict Refund Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All payments to Kroxiva Technologies for Lulu are strictly <strong>NON-REFUNDABLE<\/strong> (If your subscription was purchased through Google Play Store, refunds for that purchase are governed by Google Play&#8217;s own refund policies (including any applicable cancellation window), which take precedence over this policy for Google Play transactions. For payments made via Razorpay, PhonePe, or Cashfree, this Refund Policy applies as stated above.), except as required by law or as governed by the applicable app store&#8217;s refund policy for purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No Prorated Refunds:<\/strong>&nbsp;No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations or unused time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accidental Purchases:<\/strong>&nbsp;Failure to cancel before renewal does not qualify for refunds; users must manage mandates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exceptions:<\/strong>&nbsp;Duplicate charges from technical errors may be refunded within 5-7 business days upon verification within 72 hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fraud, Chargebacks &amp; Account Suspension<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kroxiva Technologies monitors transactions for fraud. Fraudulent chargebacks after using premium features result in permanent account, device, and IP bans. The company reserves the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks using system logs and activity records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Governing Law &amp; Jurisdiction<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This policy is governed by Indian law.
